Cancelamentos e alterações

Dog Walking Os cancelamentos ou pedidos de alteração podem ser efetuados sem custos até às 22h do dia anterior ao serviço. Após esse horário, será cobrado o valor total do passeio. Os pedidos de alteração estão sujeitos a disponibilidade e só ficam confirmados após resposta da Fluffy Paws Pet Care. Cat Sitting Os cancelamentos efetuados com pelo menos 24 horas de antecedência não têm custos. Quando o cancelamento ocorrer a menos de 24 horas do início do serviço, será cobrado 50% do valor total da reserva. Os pedidos de cancelamento ou alteração devem ser enviados para fluffypawspt@gmail.com .

Pagamentos e confirmação

Dog Walking Nos serviços regulares, o pagamento deve ser efetuado até ao dia 8 de cada mês. Nos serviços pontuais, o pagamento deve ser efetuado no dia do passeio ou no primeiro dia do período acordado. Cat Sitting A reserva fica confirmada após o pagamento de 25% do valor total do serviço. O valor restante deve ser pago no final do serviço. Em caso de atraso no pagamento, os serviços poderão ser suspensos até à regularização do valor em falta.

Cancellations and Changes

Dog Walking

Cancellations or changes can be made free of charge until 10:00 pm on the day before the service.

After this time, the full cost of the walk will be charged. Requests for changes are subject to availability and are only confirmed after receiving a response from Fluffy Paws Pet Care.

Cat Sitting

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service begins, 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.

Payment and Confirmation

Dog Walking

For regular services, payment must be made by the 8th of each month.

For occasional services, payment must be made on the day of the walk or on the first day of the agreed service period.

Cat Sitting

The booking is confirmed once 25% of the total service cost has been paid.

The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the service.

If payment is overdue, services may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid.
